The service returns calculation results to ChatGPT for presentation in the conversation.
Provide only the information needed to model your project. Do not include Social Security numbers, account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information. Use hypothetical or de-identified project details where practical.
We use information submitted to the calculation service to process the requested scenario and return financing estimates. We also use technical request records, such as the time of a request, IP address, and user agent, to troubleshoot errors and to keep the service secure and reliable. Using the modeler does not submit a loan application.
Calculation results are returned to ChatGPT through the connected service. OpenAI handles information in ChatGPT under its own terms and privacy policies. This policy describes Domus's practices and does not govern OpenAI's separate handling of ChatGPT data.
Our website hosting provider operates the calculation service on our behalf. It processes each request and keeps the technical request records described below. If you email us for modeler support, our email provider processes that correspondence.
The calculation service does not store the project inputs it receives or the results it returns once a request is completed. Our hosting provider keeps technical request records, such as the time of a request, IP address, and user agent, for a limited period under its standard log retention. These records do not include your project inputs or results. If you email us for modeler support, we keep that correspondence for six months and then delete it.
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information Domus holds relating to the modeler, contact deals@domuslg.com. Because the calculation service does not keep scenario data or identify individual users, we generally cannot locate a specific modeler scenario. We can locate and delete support emails you have sent us, and we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address you used. Requests concerning information held by OpenAI in ChatGPT must be directed to OpenAI through its available privacy controls.
